Anyone visiting our STRESA will be greeted by a beautiful building from the Wilhelminian era with a lovingly decorated terrace. Inside, an elegant and discreet ambience awaits you on almost 100 square metres with space for up to 70 guests. The centrepiece, however, is our open-plan kitchen. It gives you a view of our chefs at work. All our dishes are always freshly prepared. We bake our own bread and our pasta is also homemade. Which dishes - whether classic, vegetarian or vegan - finally make it onto the menu is mainly influenced by the season. Products from regional producers are a must. The same applies to our wine list, as the fine wines from the Saxon vineyards are very popular.

The culinary world at STRESA is colourful and multifaceted - a symbiosis of art, passion, culture and experience. Owner Sebastian Böhme lives and runs his restaurant with a passion for seasonal and regional cuisine at the highest level. The aim here is not just to fill you up, but to enjoy your meal with all your senses.

Diversity in the rhythm of nature.
Our kitchen team brings seasonal products to the plate with a lot of creativity and love in the rhythm of nature. At the same time, we never lose sight of the down-to-earth nature of traditional cuisine. It is important to us that all products are fresh and, where possible, come from the region. For example, the meat we process comes from Großenhain and our fruit and vegetables are sourced from Radebeul.

Would you like to make someone happy and are still looking for a culinary gift? How about a voucher for a meal in our restaurant? You decide the value of the voucher yourself. After you have sent us your voucher request by e-mail, we will send you the invoice by e-mail. The voucher will be sent to you by post within ten days of receipt of payment for a processing fee of €3.50. It is also possible to order and collect the voucher from the restaurant during our opening hours. You can then pay for the voucher when you collect it from the restaurant.
